PHRONETIK divides the decision problem into a number of parts and populates each of the parts with a balanced set of evidenced-based arguments. These represent both sides of a debate concerning the consequences of accepting or rejecting a proposed course of action.

 

These arguments are shown on separate moveable hexagons that fit together in a logical way. This gives groups a visual map of the whole debate that helps participants build up their understanding of the problem and critically examine its different parts.
